Hello There!
I started my real estate career at a time when there were lots of reasons to say "no". I had just had my 3rd baby and was in the throes of motherhood. I took online classes from my couch while nursing my 8 week old. I studied for the test amidst sleepless nights and raising littles during the day. I started my realtor career in what turned out to be one of the craziest years we've seen (2020) while finding out I was pregnant with baby #4. I had a lot of reasons to say no, but I decided to punch fear in the face to pursue my YES!
And so, I've seen my own little dream come true. A mama of FIVE kiddos doing the dang thing! Rolling up to showings in my mini van while always being there to pick my kids up from school. Negotiating and closing deals for my clients while nursing my baby and making sure dinner is served. Out-earning my rocket scientist husband who has worked in his industry for 15+ years while I work my business between diaper changes and making pb&js! I don't have it all together. There's almost always a basket of laundry waiting to be folded BUT I love my kids, I love my clients, I love what I do and I serve a BOUNTIFUL God!

We contacted Stacy to help acquire a home in San Tan Valley. By the time we contacted Stacy, the home had been shown at Open House and the buyer had already received an offer. Being from out of state, we needed Stacy to do a lot of leg work on our behalf. Over Easter weekend, Stacy met with the selling realtor, took video of the home and sent it to us. She then negotiated on our behalf until we were able to see the home in person. She was able to get us our home and handled most of the process. When the seller failed to make agreed upon maintenance to the home during escrow, again Stacy handled the issues and made it all right. Stacy We highly recommend Stacy as she was personally committed to making sure we were happy in our new home.

Stacy went above and beyond to help us purchase an investment property in a very competitive housing market from afar, as we live in California. Our offer was 1 of the 16 offers on the table, and she even helped us negotiate some of the terms. The appraisal came in above the purchase price of the house, at least partially due to the convincing comps Stacy had provided them with.
